  The manager? was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She didn't even try to help with my warranty issue. Every time I go in there she is extremely unfriendly and overly assertive. The only way she can possibly make commissions is if she intimidates customers into buying. I wish the best for the new guy cause he seemed very nice and friendly. Don't work for someone like that long! Mean bosses ruin your spirit and give you bad customer service habits.

  I bought a ring from a different place and the ring was too big. I told Amy Ramirez that I needed the ring two sizes smaller and I needed it back fast. Not only did she get it done fast, she went out of her way to ensure that I was able to have it before my girlfriend left for the weekend. Best experience at zales this far. I would highly recommend Amy Ramirez and the rest of the staff at the Lynhaven mall location.
