  Teena deserves to be recognized for her patience and knowledge in helping my grandmother locate her missing phone. Using Verizon's advanced technology she was able to pinpoint the exact location of the lost phone. The phone was accidently placed on the roof of the car and fell off to the road when a corner was turned. Neighbors found the abandoned phone while taking an evening walk and left it in their garage. The uncharged phone appeared to be dead but Teena was able to give my grandmother the exact address and be reunited with her phone! Teena is a wonderful asset to Verizon!

  I was dreading upgrading to a new phone - but the old one was getting older and it was time. Neil and Jeff were awesome. The answered all my questions and let me know about some discounts that were available to me. My son had suggested an LG5 - not the LG6, which I believe is the newer model; they didn't push me into they higher priced phone. I am extremely happy with the LG5. After a few days of making sure that everything had moved over, I brought the old one back to be donated - I think they told me for military service members. Good job!

  My phone was taken by three kids when I had to drop it in pursuit of my puppy who was running for a hwy. When I returned minutes latery phone was gone. Fortunately a Verizon Cellular Sales store was aroung the corner so I proceeded there w/ the hope they could help me locate it through Google App Find My Phone Tim assisted me and located it a short distance away.. I lefr for the location arriving to see 3 kids trying to access it.. Wow I was shocked... and the phone was immediately returned to me.. Had it not been for Tim & the guys at the store, it would have been gone forever .So much thanks for the help this store gave me !! Verizon rules !!
