  I started a bathroom remodel and fell short two boxes of tile, the folks at The Tile Shop helped me find a store that had the same tile about 3 hours away as the tile appeared to be back ordered everywhere! I paid for shipping and one of the boxes was off in color, since then I've been blown off three times to get a new box. No one will return my phone calls they want me to repay for shipping and they wont refund my money. It's really pretty awful. I'll never use them again.

  I'm a do it yourselfer. I entered the store with a simple plan which would have made for a boring bathroom. With the help of Cat and the abundance of options, my shower stall came out fantastic. Yes, we had to wait a week or so for the tile of my choice to come in. That was no problem. Other stores had me wait up to six weeks. I had a slight problem with not knowing how to install the bull nose tile next to a flat tile that was of dissimilar thickness. The folks at the tile shop helped me remedied the problem. I will be making my next purchase at the Tile shop when I redue my second bathroom.
