  Tried to return a gallon of very expensive primer, waited for 15 minutes for daytime manager, I explained to daytime manager that my painter tried to use the primer, he poured a portion into his paint gun but the primer had some much debris in it that it wouldn't work in his gun. The manager would not return my money, stating that the paint had been used !! No kidding that's how we found it was bad primer She said that she would check with the daytime assistant manager to see what he would do! A manager has to check with the assistant??? you've seen my last dollar !! I had to at least give it 1 star

  Don't come here if you're a woman with self respect. I'm treated like some sort of annoyance every single visit, but today is my last visit. I come in multiple times a month for keys and other items I need for my line of work so they've had enough chances. Today took the cake, 6 different keys. The man watched me lay them out individually and label tags for them, mixed them all up and put them on the opposite counter without a word to me. Thanks Phil, you're a jerk. I'm working too so thanks for wasting my time and my client's time and for yet another experience in a hardware store that treats women like they're not important customers.
