  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in to exchange my old phone. In order for you to receive your new phone you have to give back the old one. Which is completely understandable. Before I signed off to this agreement, I wanted to make sure that all of my content would be transferred to my new device, where the associate assured me everything would. After I signed off. He informed me that unfortunately there was something wrong with my phone (well duh, considering I was coming in to get another one) and he wasn't able to get my content over. So I asked to have my phone back so I can back it up to my laptop and come back the next day. He said no because I already signed off to give away my old phone. He then tried to back up all my content to Google drive but I had to leave my phone there. Which I did. Coming back 4 Hours Later and not even a fourth of my stuff my transfered. So he told me the only option left was to delete everything else to receive my new device. I don't understand why I had to pay for his mistake. I had to erase everything on my phone. Don't inform a customer that you can do something when you can't. I will never come back to this location again.

  I don't get why everyone has posted a bad review. The service was fast and everybody was pretty nice. If you have any questions about T-Mobile Mike is the guy to talk to. This store will never try to up sell you.
