  Poor training and poor customer service. I came into the store to do a device swap. The swap went through successfully but the agent that I was working with failed to get my consent to add device protection. I had to spend over an hour on the line with Sprint to fix everything. In addition, I wasn't informed that Open World Call was removed from my plan. Then another thing to call back and ask to speak to a manager and the same agent I was working with tells me we have your number on caller ID and will call you back. I'm still waiting for that call which I'll probably never get. I came into this store and nobody cared.
