    Overall the staff are nice but associate Terry is a liar! Bought a lawn mower on black friday and the screws didn't work so we called and ask if we can exchange another one. Since they are out of stock he ask US to check the Greenbrier store. Well first of all we live in VB and why would I have to travel that far to just check if they have it when you can just call them and ask? Second of all like I said wouldn't it be easier for you to call your other store since you have all those info of your merchandise??? Anyways we decided to get the display one from this store and Terry said we can get a $20 off of it, and we will pick it up the next day evening. The next day around 3 we went there to check if the lawn mower were still there and it's gone, so we ve like probably they put it in the back room, whuch make sense, no worries. So as we promised them we brought our damaged lawn mower and went to the store in the evening to do the exchange. We talked to an associate and ge was nice, he checked with his manager or something on the phone for a while and he told us THE LAWN MOWER WAS SOLD. Finally the associate rrplace the screw that didn't work and that's all. The point is, we, 2 women, carried this heavy damaged lawn mower into our car and waited in the store for an hour( and it's 8-9pm, which I'm supposed to have my dinner) for no reason because we couldn't do an exchange since they sold it already even though we called and ask this Terry and he promised us everything. If you sold it already you could've let us know so we didn't have to carry the damn think and just bring the screw to replace it. And it was raining btw and our car was not that big so we had a struggle putting it in our car too. So Sears y'all need to do something about Terry.

    In March 2017 I purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from SEARS . A week later the icemaker stopped working. 50 phone calls later 2 service appointments later 5 months later I am still without a working ice maker. Last week I went to the store where I purchased the refrigerator and spoke to the manager his name is Oliver .One hell of a nice guy . He bend over backwards to help me. He filed a report for a replacement which I have a copy and told me someone will be calling me within 3 business days. Oliver should be promoted since he is the only employee of SEARS that cared enough to help. In any case to no surprise to me nobody called me back. I waited for 2 extra days and called SEARS solution department myself. To my amazement they transferred me to the Philippines to speak to their agent that spoke broken English and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times for me to understand her. Terrible practice !!! Can you imagine what she said after I confronted her? They did not have a request for replacement she said !!! Imagine that !!! Incompetence everywhere at SEARS!!! By the way they gave me a case number and when I tell them I have a case number they act like they don't know what that is. that case number is 5145287.I would not recommend SEARS to my worst enemy !!!
