  4/12/17 i go to fill a prescription for my son at this location and not to mention i go every 30 days! I only go to this location because they are the only one in my area that have my childs meds on hand. The parmacist MARIAN ASAD asked me for the dr name and i told her she then asked for the dr name that signed the prescription and i told her! She then stated she cant fill the prescription because in the dr's signature the D looks like a N. i advised her that its a signature and not a printed name! She then asked me if my son can wait i told her NO! He has been without it for 3 days! She said well i cant fill it due to the signature. I asked her to get a 2nd opinion she refused so i took the prescription and went inside of the store. I went to the drop off desk there was a tech and MARIAN. I advised the tech i need another opinion MARIAN then walks over and told me i cant have another opinion and the tech stated she isnt authorized to do so. I proceeded to ask MARIAN to pull my child file to see that i come to this particular pharmacy and not only do i come here monthly MARIAN is the pharmacist THAT FILL MY PRESCRIPTION EVERY TIME!!! She refused and told me she isnt pulling any files up for any reason and they arent filling the prescription nor will she call the 24 hour dr line to get the signature varified and that i have to wait until tomorrow ! I got upset and the tech advised me to have a nice day which was out of line because she clearly saw that i was upset! I went to 2 different rite aids and the third one in the kemps river cntr filled it with NO problem !! VY PHAN was very polite !!! Awesome customer service!! I filed a complaint and then MARIAN's manager called only to tell me im not allowed in rite aid any more nor can they fill any prescription for me AT ALL ANY LONGER ! I advised her i will seek a lawyer and disconnected the call 1 hour later a man called to say the same exact thing and stated he was told by 4-5 employees that i threatened the pharmacist! Which isnt true ! I advised him i never spoke to 4-5 people it was the tech the pharmacist and a front end lady that equals 3 people not 4 or 5! I advised him hes calling me with false accusations which is WRONG AND TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CALL ME THAT WILL BE RESPECTUL !! Its crazy because neither party addressed the issue they just banned me from the store ! I will NEVER EVER visit this location AGAIN THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !! I wouldnt even purchase an ice cube from this location!
