  Absolutely the most horrible place I have ever worked with this is the first time I have received something from Rent-A-Center and it will most definitely be the last. I have my payment due every other Saturday and then most recent one Was Christmas eve. nobody is thinking about bills. once we had everything said and done I went to go make the payment which would’ve been 1 o’clock in the morning so it would’ve been an hour late and they already tacked on the late fee so I sent them an email immediately and then I waited until open business hours and they said there was nothing they could do about it that it adds on automatically but they could waive it but decided not to waive it I am not paying nine dollars because I was an hour late on Christmas to make this payment and then they call you 20 times a day they show up to your home I had a passing in my family and they are still calling me I just received a settlement I was getting ready to pay this thing off in full but now As soon as I get back in town I am giving them the product back never will I deal with this company again especially The manager Piere

  They are the best . I been with them long time .randy and the store manger and everyone need a raise Be cause they are good. So make sure you go to rent a center in chimney hill area on Holland road. Till them I sent you there because they are the best .
