  Orkin has been horrible. I have had them for 5 months now and my roaches have gotten worse. The technician shows up and spent maybe 5-10 minutes in my 2100 square foot home. I did not authorize this payment for this past month and I was still charged without even being serviced and I was not even home. This service is horrible. Also while the technician was here HE spotted a roach and it was "deformed" and said that was a good sign. The only good sign I would expect from a company like this is NO ROACHES. Very disappointed.

  One of their idiot drivers almost drove me into a ditch this am. I got the plate number. Called the local number and got a national call center. They gave me another local number but I got the call center again. So now I have to drive to the local office to report this since they don't want local people calling the local office directly. I can't wait til I get there.

  Horrible customer service. Arrived 2 hours 40 minutes late for an extensive and expensive treatments. Heat Treatment Supervisor Chris threw company reps under the bus regarding scheduling of appointment. Definitely will not recommend, and warn potential customers about their disregard for honoring their appointments. Manager was very apologetic, but this is inexcusable.
