I have dealt with this firm for over 25 years and have been completely happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Particularly since Shelly's arrival, I am kept advised of new offers and equipment that may benefit my business. If a retail store is not open at the posted time, obviously something has happened beyond anyone's control. A simple phone call should suffice rather than the tirade which was posted.
