  The delivery of our mattress was delayed. We we're not notified of the delay. If we hadn't called to ask why we hadn't heard from the delivery team no one would have notified us. Not impressed with this company at all. Rescheduled delivery, have wait another 3 days after waiting 2 weeks already. Salesman promised to make things right. We'll see when we finally get our mattress if he keeps his word. If that happens I'll change my rating. But I'm mad and sleeping on the floor because of their lack of customer service. * Update. It's a week later and we STILL do not have the mattress we ordered. We had to pick it up from the warehouse last week, so we have the adjustable base (which they upgraded for our troubles) and they gave us a loaner mattress because they could not find the mattress we ordered in the warehouse. But the loaner mattress they gave us was a downgrade from what we paid for. I just want my bed back. This has been a ridiculous process.
