  I bought a mattress this week with mattress firm and as you already know or will find out, mattress shopping is not fun. Brandon at this mattress firm made it a pleasant experience. He got me a deal I was happy with. There was confusion with the free delivery, and it turned out that they wouldn't be able to deliver for several days. I was not happy about this, but Brandon, the sales agent helped me load the mattress in my truck that night, came to my apartment and helped me get it up three floors to my room. I don't know i anyone else who would do that for a stranger. A+ for customer service. So far the mattress is excellent

  We have had our mattress for just around 30 days now and we love it! We wouldn't have been able to find the mattress we love without the help of the very knowledgeable and patient sales associate at Mattress Firm. She was friendly and allowed us to take our time and ask as many questions as we needed to! Replace every 8...we will be heading back to Mattress Firm in 8!
