  I called extremely ready to purchase a MacBook Pro. The guy was rude and lost my sale. All i asked him was "what are the specs on the computer " his response was "i cant sell you the computer over the phone" i said "im in Williamsburg and cant come unless I am sure im going to get it" he said "i dont have time to go over the specs" i hung up.

  Stopped by to get some advice on a Macbook Pro. John was able to diagnose and quickly fix the issue for me in just a few minutes. He was very helpful and professional! I will return again if the need ever arises.
