  Experience on Christmas Eve at Applebee’s wasn’t very customer friendly. We found out when we arrived at 7:30pm that they closed at 8pm which was fine, still expect great customer service never the less. The host when to ack lady at the bar what to tell us, i guess the lady behind the bar was the leader on shift. In a snippy told she told the host to tell us that we had on 15 minuets if we wished to place an order, and she’d already called for last call for all alcohol so there won’t be any available for us, that was one of the main reasons i chose Applebee’s in the first place. With all of that being said, good customer service should exist no matter what time, what day, up until the last minute, regardless. i ended up leaving nevertheless. i decided to give my money to a place of business that really wanted it
