  I made a purchase the location in Lynnhaven Mall. After getting home I found out my daughter couldn’t fit the shoe. I went back to the SAME location today and was told they didn’t have a bigger size after waiting for more than 15 minutes and NO the store wasn’t packed it was MAYBE FIVE people in the store. The rep checked other locations and told me that Chesapeake Square Mall had them. (At least THIRTY MINUTES AWAY) I asked her to call to have them HOLD the shoe and was THEN told they didn’t have them…SO SHE LIED! I THEN stood in line another 30 minutes because their system was down and transactions were being done by hand JUST to be told they aren’t able to do any refunds or exchanges cause the system was down. Not only was the issue unresolved but I WASTED my entire HOUR lunch break!!!..... VERY INCONSIDERATE…There were TWO reps involved and NO ONE thought I should have been given this information? I am VERY displeased by the LACK of customer service and want NOTHING to do with your business as a whole. This is the ONE thing my daughter asked for and your inadequate staff isn’t knowledgeable enough to figure out how to correct the issue. Displeased is an understatement!!!!!...Just as I RAVE over a great experience I RAVE even LOUDER over a POOR experience.
