  Had a great experience! I got a quote and consult three years prior, but decided to hold off on the awning. When we were ready to move forward, A&A had all the information on file (including what pattern I picked since I long forgot) so I didn't have to go through the selection process again. It took about 5 weeks for the awning to be produced and installed and once it was ready, they were installing it within days. Sean, Devon, and Jack came to the house on time and did a perfect installation job. They were so courteous, friendly, and quiet, and cleaned up after the job. It was a pleasure working with them. They took their time explaining all the mechanics of the awning and how to care for it. What I most appreciate about A&A is that they proactively told me the gotchas so there were no surprises -- how you can't open the awning when the wind tops 10 mph, and how the motorized cord will be hanging out so I will need to hire an electrician to rewire it if I want the cord hidden. I am glad I knew all of that before making the purchase. I chose A&A because a friend went with them for their awning and I saw the quality of work at their home. I am happy to report the same quality was done at my home!
