  Approximately one month ago I called and scheduled an appointment for a pool closing for 10-13-17 after 12.00. I called three days priorto the scheduled time and was told it was on the book and there should be no problems. I was not home but my wife called me at 9.20 and told me they were there. I wanted to observe the service since this my first experience with them and advised my wife to cancel the service.She said the techs were polite and very understanding. I called the office and was told they only schedule the day and not a time. I explained about my calls but she said whoever I talked to was wrong. I stated I would not reschedule the service and with a sarcastic voice she told me OK and have a nice day.
